DD's Foam & Fun - Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using foam party machines provided by DD's Foam & Fun ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'), you ('customer')
agree to these Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. Deposit and Payment:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day
of the event before setup begins.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept payment via [list accepted methods, e.g., cash, PayPal, etc.]
3. Confirmation of Booking:
- Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received and a confirmation email has been sent.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the event.
NEED TO KNOW
1. Lawn Treatment:
- No lawn treatment chemicals or pesticides should be applied to the property within 48-72 hours before the
event.
2. Adult Supervision:
- At least one adult for every 10-12 children must be present during the foam party.
3. Foam Zone Size: DD's Foam & Fun - Terms and Conditions
- Foam zones can expand up to 50 feet wide and 6 feet tall depending on conditions but typically remain
around 20x20 feet.
4. Foam Composition:
- Foam is 99% water with natural, non-irritating ingredients. It dissolves quickly, either floating away or
evaporating naturally.
5. Safety Precautions:
- Foam does not usually irritate eyes, but goggles are recommended for added comfort. Participants should
wear shoes with grip (e.g., water shoes).
6. Goggles:
- Kids can wear water goggles during the foam party for added eye protection and comfort if they like.
7. Photography and Social Media:
- Tag us on Instagram @ddfoamfun_ or Facebook DD's Foam & Fun. By booking, you consent to event
photography and promotional use unless you notify us otherwise.
RULES
1. Supervision:
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
2. Safety in the Foam:
- Avoid eating the foam - it's not edible!
- Do not attempt to breathe inside the foam.
3. Behavior Guidelines:
- No roughhousing, piggyback rides, running, or diving in the foam zone. DD's Foam & Fun - Terms and Conditions
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Equipment Setup and Use:
- Only DD's Foam & Fun staff are authorized to set up, operate, and dismantle the equipment.
2. Access and Space:
- A clear and level area of approximately [X feet by Y feet] is required for setup.
3. Power and Water Supply:
- A standard 3-prong outlet within 20 feet and a garden hose connection within 100 feet are necessary.
4. Property Condition:
- The area must be free of debris, pet waste, or obstacles.
WEATHER POLICY
1. Rain:
- If it rains before arrival, the event may be rescheduled without penalty.
- If it rains during the event, we will wait up to 30 minutes. A $50 fee applies for rescheduling after setup.
2. Wind:
- Foam parties are generally unaffected by wind but adjustments may be made as needed.
3. Extreme Conditions:
- If extreme heat or cold prevents safe foam production, services may be modified or suspended.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:DD's Foam & Fun - Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations made 3 days in advance are eligible for partial refunds (excluding deposits).
- Cancellations within 4 days are non-refundable.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- In rare cases, events may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds or rescheduling
options will be provided.
LIABILITY
1. Health Considerations:
- Notify us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before the event.
2. Injury Waiver:
- Participants assume all risks associated with the foam activities. DD's Foam & Fun is not liable for injuries or
property damage.
